The Westside Buzz is a hyper-local email newsletter and social community dedicated to the people, places, and personality of Cleveland’s Westside.
What started as a simple idea between Tony and Jodie Briggs — and an email list of three subscribers (including Jodie’s mom) — has grown into a thriving community reaching +45,000 Westsiders every week.
The Buzz covers the things locals and neighbors actually talk about: new restaurants, small business spotlights, local history, real estate trends, community wins, weekend events, charity drives all in a fun and informative 5 minute read every Tuesday and Friday.
Beyond the inbox, The Westside Buzz has become a community connector. From organizing coat drives and charity walks to partnering with local businesses and nonprofits, the goal has always been simple: make it easier for Westsiders to discover what’s happening around them and feel a little more connected to where they live.
