Guests can shop for carefully curated vintage and antiques by Elizabeth Vintage and Exeter Antiques.
Christine and Craig Tosland purchased the property in 2024 and took a year and half to renovate both the home and the barn. In their research, the barn was built sometime between 1810-1840. There is a painted brick house across the street (corner of Detroit and Moon roads) that was the original farmhouse for Moon Farm. The barn was the barn for Moon Farm, that is where the name Moon Barn came from.
The Tosland’s have tried, and failed, to get Moon Barn to be a historical landmark since it's almost 200 years old, but they have no historical data on it. Their neighbor who purchased the original farmhouse, as well as the two direct side by side neighbors, were the source for all the information the couple received on the barn thus far.
Another Moon Barn Antique Sale will take place Nov. 27-29 with more holiday items.
