What was Found Home Provisions?

Owner Kristen Weede opened the shop in May 2023, stocking new and vintage home goods, plants and gifts. It was the kind of place you'd duck into for a birthday present and walk out with something for yourself, too.

In three and a half years, it became a lot of Avon Lake's go-to for a thoughtful gift that didn't come in an Amazon box.

What should you do now?

• Find your gift card and use it before Christmas
• Do some holiday shopping while the shelves are still full
• Follow the shop on Instagram at @foundhomeprovisions for final sale dates in December
• Say thank you. A small shop doesn't run on sales alone

Losing a local shop is never fun, especially one that made Avon Belden Road feel a little more like home. Go spend that card, and say thanks for the memories.
